Before you get too invested in plans and permitting, it is important to reach out to a qualified builder and get an idea of what it takes to complete your project. There are many rules and regulations that affect the building process. Here are some of the services we provide at Mehl Homes.
Feasibility
Steve or Ethan will meet to evaluate your land to determine approximate site costs. We will look at clearing, sensitive areas, utilities, septic/sewer availability, and other items that determine the costs of land development.
Design
Once the site costs are determined, we can design a home that will fit your needs and budget. We provide home design, structural and civil engineering, site plans and all documentation required for permitting. Interior design services are available to help with your interior and exterior selections.
Permitting
Mehl Homes design team will submit your project for permit and monitor the process through permit approval.
